Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call customer service for questions, ticketing information, trip advice, route detours, and delays or to share a Purple Line comment or complaint. You can also purchase bus passes over the phone or request route maps.
Our Call Center has access to a language line service that provides interpretation for more than 150 languages. To use this service, call 317.635.3344 and identify your language. An interpreter will be called at no cost to you.
